摘要
针对大庆油田产油高含水背景,为了提高油水分离效率、减少污水沉降罐的数目,达到节能降耗的目的,在多杯等流型油水分离器的基础上,与粗粒化技术相结合进行了油水分离实验研究。与未连接粗粒化的油水分离器分离效果进行了对比。实验结果表明:新型油水分离器连接粗粒化装置后的最高油水分离效率可以达到92.12%,最大处理效率是现场大罐的246.5倍。未连接粗粒化的新型油水分离器的处理效率是现场用大罐的59.2倍。使用粗粒化后可达到节能降耗的目的。
Aiming at high water cut crude oil of Daqing oilfield, experiment of the combination of coalescence technology and new-type multi-cup uniform flux oil-water separator on the oil-water separation process of oily wastewater is carried out to improve the efficiency of oil-water separation and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction, and then a comparison with results of separator without coalescence technology was done. Experimental results show that : the highest efficiency of oil-water separation of the new-type separator combined with the coalescence apparatus could reach 92.12%, and the maximum processing efficiency is 246.5 times the efficiency of field tanks, and the processing efficiency of separator without coalescence apparatus is 59.2 times, which can show that the separator with coalescence technology can achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
