摘要
在管道高静压区特殊地段抢修施工之前,将管道压扁,能够在短时间内最大限度减少或者止住油品泄漏危害。基于管道塑性变形规律和能量原理,利用"Bow-tie"管道塑性变形计算模型,对管道在径向挤压和管内泄漏余压作用下的塑性变形进行分析计算,计算管道挤压所需载荷量。结果表明,管道挤压载荷变化呈现"s"形递增,为管道挤压抢修提供理论和实践依据。
In the high static pressure section and special geographic area, crushing the pipe in a short time, can minimize or stop fuels leaking. Based on the plastic deformation regularity and energy law, using "Bow tie" plastic deformation calculation model for pipes, the leakage in the radial extrusion and under the action of remained pressure are analyzed. Through calculation of the force needed for extrusion, the extrusion load increases as the shape of "s". This paper provides theoretical and practical basis for pipe extrusion.
