综合无血术野技术的临床研究

Clinical study on comprehensive surgical techniques for bloodless operative field

采用综合无血术野技术的几项基本技术观察了对减少甲状腺及乳腺手术术中出血量及术后引流量的影响。结果表明，采用综合无血术野技术的甲状腺组和乳癌组与相应常规手术组相比术中失血量及术后引流量均有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０－００１） 。证实综合无血术野技术可显著减少术中出血量和术后引流量，降低并发症率。

The concept of comprehensive surgical techniques for bloodless operative field was introduced and studied in clinical use.The effects of these techniques on the intraoperative blood loss were evaluated in the thyroidectomy group( n =35) and mastectomy group( n =18).The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume between the bloodless operation group( n =19 and n =10,respectively) and the routine operation group( n =16 and n =8,respectively) were significantly different.It was demonstrated that the comprehensive surgical techniques for bloodless operative field could reduce the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume significantly,and also could lower the incidence of complications.
