用单层辐射人羊膜治疗取皮区及擦皮创面的临床应用研究

Clinical application of single layer radiation treated human amnion in skin offering and abrasion wound

为了探讨单层辐射人羊膜在取皮区及浅、深度擦皮创面上应用的临床疗效及其对创面的保护作用，我们用羊膜和常规油纱分别贴敷上述各个创面的两部分进行治疗对照观察。结果表明，用人羊膜侧的创面比用油纱侧的创面平均提前４～５ 天愈合。而且用羊膜侧的创面无１ 例感染。提示人羊膜对上述创面的早期愈合起到良好的治疗作用，并且对预防创面感染起到保护作用。单层辐射人羊膜是可在临床应用的良好的创面覆盖物。

To abserve if single layer human amnion could protect skin offering wound and abrasion wound,facilitate epithelializing and accelerate healing,the fresh human amnion was made into single layer amnion,then radiated by γ-radiation.The amnion was applied to 150 surface of wound.Results showed that skin offering wounds healed 4～5 days earlier than the control group,the thin abrasion wounds healed 4 days earlier than the control group,the deep abrasion wound healed 5 days earlier than the control group.The radiation treated human amnion had advantage at treatment of wound.It prevented infection,and accelerated healing.The significant effects made it a prospective biological dressing.
