摘要
通过１８ 例骶髂筋膜脂肪疝病人手术治疗的体会，探讨了骶髂筋膜脂肪疝致腰、臀、腿痛的发病机制，提出了此症的临床诊断要点和手术治疗中的注意事项。
Mechanism of pain of waist、buttocks and legs caused by sacroiliac fascial lipocele (SFL) was discussed after the study on applied anatomy of posterior rami of lumbar nerves and surgical treatments of 18 cases with SFL.Clinical diagnostic points of SFL and matters needing attention in operation were also pointed out.
