摘要
研究建立了一种用反相气相色谱技术测定甲烷在活性炭上吸附热的方法.运用该技术在30~90 C温度下,测定了甲烷在不同粒径活性炭上的保留时间,并对测定结果作线性回归.通过计算420~840μm、250~420μm、178~250μm、150~178μm、113~150μm等5种粒径的活性炭对甲烷吸附热分别为21.28 mol/L、21.61mol/L、21.04 mol/L、18.60 mol/L、19.04 mol/L.结果表明,活性炭的吸附热值随活性炭粒径不同也有所变化,研究可为活性炭应用于天然气吸附存储技术提供参考.
A new method was developed in order to measure the adsorption heat of methane of the activated carbon by inverse gas chromatography. The retention time of methane was determined on the different particle size of activated carbon at temperature between 30 and 90 ℃. Linear regression analysis of the retention time with 1/T was carried out based on the formula. The adsorption heat of methane were obtained including 21.28 mol/L( 420-840 um), 21.61 mol/L( 250-420 um), 21.04 mol/L( 187-250 um), 18.60 mol/L( 150-178 um), and 19.04 mol/L( 113-150 um). The results indicated that the adsorption heat was different according to the particle size of activated carbon, and it could provide some references for the storage and adsorption of the natural gas.
