丹参素在大鼠皮肤组织中分布的动力学研究

Distribution and pharmacokinetics of Danshensu in rat skin

目的:研究大鼠静脉注射复方丹参液后丹参素在皮肤中的分布动力学。方法:采用液液萃取法对血清和皮肤样品进行预处理,以对羟基苯甲酸为内标,甲醇-1%冰醋酸(8∶92)为流动相,用高效液相色谱法于280 nm处检测,保留时间和光谱图进行定性分析。结果:大鼠静脉注射复方丹参液后在血清和皮肤中检测到丹参素,用所建立的方法绘制了其经时血药浓度和皮肤组织中的药浓度表格。结论:大鼠静脉注射复方丹参液后,丹参素可在皮肤中快速分布,其动力学类型属一室模型。

Objective：To study the distribution and pharmacokinetics of Danshensu after intravenous injection of Compound Danshen solution in rat skin.Method：Used liquid-liquid extraction to deal with the serum the skins,the conditions for HPLC were as the following：internal standard,4-hydroxy-benzoic acid;the mobil phase,CH3OH-1%CH3COOH（8∶92）;detection wavelength,280nm;qualitative analysis with tR and spectrogram.Result：Danshensu could find in the rat serum and the skins after intravenous injection of compound Danshen solution,using the established methods to protract the table of serum concentration and skins concentration.Conclusion：Danshensu could distribute rapidly in skins after intravenous injection of Compound Danshen solution,the pharmacokinetics fitted to one-compartment model.
