三叶糖脂清对高胆固醇血症家兔主动脉粥样硬化的组织病理学影响

Effect of Tangzhiqing on atherosclerosis of aorta's histopathology in rabbits with hypercholesterolemia

目的:观察糖脂清(TZQ)对实验性高胆固醇血症家兔主动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养建立高胆固醇血症家兔模型,用TZQ ig连续治疗30 d,观察家兔主动脉的病理形态变化。结果:对照组10只家兔主动脉均未出现病理改变;模型组家兔主动脉出现内膜损伤、脂质浸润和血管堵塞;糖脂清(TZQ)三个治疗组(3.2 g/kg1、.6g/kg、0.8g/kg)模兔主动脉内膜损伤、脂质浸润和血管堵塞均轻于模型组1,.6g/kg、0.8g/kg的TZQ对内膜损伤与模型组差异有显著性。结论:糖脂清对高胆固醇血症家兔所致的主动脉粥样硬化初期的内皮损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Tangzhiqing（TZQ） on atherosclerosis of aorta in rabbits with hypercholesterolemia.Methods：The model of hypercholesterolemia rabbit was set up by feeding hypercholesterol diet,and used TZQ to treat the hypercholesterolemia rabbits for 30 days,then observe the pathology morphologic change of aorta.Results：10 rabbits of the control group haven’t pathology morphologic change.There were intimal injury and lipid infiltration and obstruct in model group of aorta;they were lighten in the three treated groups of TZQ（3.2 g/kg,1.6g/kg,0.8g/kg）.Compared with model group,there is significant deviation in medium dose group（1.6g/kg） and low dose group（0.8g/kg） on endothelial injury of atherosclerosis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TZQ has protective effect on endothelial injury of atherosclerosis in rabbits with hypercholesterolemia by feeding hypercholesterol diet.
