摘要
目的 研究雌性大鼠孕期染锰后,锰对其子代神经行为发育的影响。方法 对妊娠大鼠随机分为4 组腹腔注射氯化锰,剂量分别为0 、7-5 、15 和30 mg/kg ,待其自然分娩后,观察其子代生长发育及行为功能状态。结果 与对照组相比,15 mg/kg 组和/ 或30 mg/kg 组仔鼠出生体重轻、出生死亡率增高,4日成活率降低( P< 0-05 , P< 0-01) ;仔鼠耳廓分离、睁眼、及翻正反射阳性出现时间延长( P< 0-05 ,P<0-01) ;方位水迷宫达标训练次数增多,避暗实验主动逃避潜伏期延长( P< 0-05 ,P< 0-01) 。结论 大鼠孕期染锰可引起其子代生长发育及神经行为发育的部分指标延迟。
Objective To studythe effectof manganese onthefilial neurobehavioral development ofthe pregnant exposed rats. Methods Impregnatedfemale rats were injected intraperitoneally with 0 、7-5 、15 、30 mg/kg MnCl2 for 8 times,every other day.Then the early physiologicalfunctions and neurobehavioralfunctions ofthe filialrats were ob served .Results Newborn rats’body weightin 15 mg/kg group and 30 mg/kg group werelighterthanthatofthe control group( P< 0 .05 , P< 0 .01) .The occurringtime ofopen eyed andturn over positive were delayed andtheirlearning a bility and memory function also appeared to be lowered ( P< 0 .05 , P< 0 .01) . Conclusion Impregnated female rats exposedtorather heavy dose of manganese wouldinterferethe early physiologicaldevelopmentand neurobehavioral devel opment oftheirfilialrats.
