新疆地区三级甲等医院重症监护室护士职业倦怠及影响因素的研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的调查新疆三级甲等医院重症监护室护士职业倦怠现状及其影响因素。方法以问卷调查的方式向新疆地区9所三级甲等综合医院301名在岗重症监护室护士发放调查问卷,问卷包括一般情况调查表、职业倦怠量表、护士工作压力源量表和应对方式问卷4部分。结果新疆重症监护室护士的轻、中、重度倦怠的检出率分别为42.19%、30.56%、3.32%;时间分配及工作量是主要的工作压力源;解决问题、求助是主要的应对方式;工作压力中的管理及人际关系、时间分配及工作量、应对方式中的自责、解决问题是职业倦怠的影响因素。结论新疆重症监护室护士职业倦怠感较严重,工作压力和应对方式是影响职业倦怠程度的重要因素之一。 Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of job burnout in ICU nurses in 3A -level hospitals in Xinjiang. Methods Chinese version of Maslaeh Burnout Inventory, MBI, Nurse Job Stressor Scale, Coping Style Scale and a self - designed questionnaire were used to survey 301 ICU nurses from 9 3A - level hospitals in Xinjiang. Results The rate of burnout at lower - level, moderate - level and severe - level in Xinjiang was 42.19% ,30.56% ,3.32% re- spectively among the ICU nurses. Workload and time distribution was the main work stressor,and solving problems and asking for help were the main coping styles. Multiple liner stepwise regression analysis showed that workload and time distribution, solving problems and self- blaming were the influencing factors of job burn- out. Conclusion Job burnout of ICU nurses in Xinjiang is at moderate level. Job stress and coping style are important correlative factors.
