摘要
目的调查护士对静脉留置针相关知识的告知情况以及住院患者的知晓情况,为查找影响留置效果的原因提供客观参考依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对125例使用静脉留置针的住院患者和相对应科室的101名护士进行调查。结果 90.40%的患者关于留置针的知识来自护士,患者对静脉留置针相关知识的知晓情况与护士对静脉留置针相关知识的告知情况有一定的对应关系,与患者人口学特征及使用留置针次数无关。结论应提高护士的健康教育能力,加强静脉留置针的健康教育,从而提高患者的知晓水平,使静脉留置针更好地应用于临床。
Objective Tu investigate the infnrnlation status of intravenous eatheter- related knowledge in clinical work and awareness of inpatients,so as to prnvide an objective refrence to find the caases which affect the effects of intravenous catheter. Methods A total of 125 hospitalized patients who used intra - venous catheter and 10l nurses in corresponding departments were investigated with a self - designed questinnnaire. Results A ratio of 90.40% patients with intravenous obtained catheter knowledge through nurses. There had a certain relationship between awareness of patients with intravenous catheter and information degree of nurses. Otherwise,there was no relationship between demographic characteristics of patients with the using times of catheter. Conclusion It is necessa- ry to increase the capacity of nurses in health education and strengthen heahh education of intravenous catheter so as to enhance the level of awareness of patients ahout intravenous catheter - related knowledge and apply it in clinical .
