青海高职护理专业教育课程体系改革与思考

Reform of the nursing vocational education curriculum in Qinghai

目的探讨青海高原地区3年制高职护理专业教育课程体系改革方法与实践的经验。方法根据高等职业技术教育的特点,以突出护理教育特色为原则,通过增设人文社会课程、整合专业基础课程、融合重组护理专业课程、增加护理岗位的专业课程及调整理论与实践教学的结构比例,提出了符合青海高原地区对护理人才需求的高职护理专业教育的改革思路。结果形成了能够适应青海高原地区高职护理教育特色新的课程体系,并获青海省高校教学成果二等奖。结论新的课程体系适应青海高原地区对护理人才的需求,符合高职教育层次的现代护理人才培养目标。

Objective To explore the methods anti practical experience of the reform of 3 - year nursing vocational education curriculum in Qinghai. Methods The reform was according to the characteristics of high vocational and technical education and highlighted the features of nursing education. The meas- ures included adding humanities and social science courses,integrating and adjusting nursing basic courses and professional courses, increasing nursing job profes- sional courses and adjusting the ratio of practice teaching. The refm~ aimed to meet the needs of nursing personnel in Qinghai. Results A new curriculum was developed, which had the characteristics of nursing professional education in Qinghai. And it got the second prize of teaching achievements in colleges and univer- sities of Qinghai. Conclusion The new nursing vocational education curriculum can meet the needs of nursing personnel in Qinghai and be in line with the aims of modern nursing personnel training in the level of high vocational education of nursing.
