Practice and experience of rapidly expanding field battle operation vehicles

目的探讨7人操作WCY2002-2/40野战手术车的快速展开方法。方法制订野战手术车的展开、撤收流程;从人员分工、动作顺序、操作技巧等方面探讨了快速展开的方法及过程;合理组织、反复合练。结果野战条件下完成132例手术,未发生感染等并发症。结论合理分工、反复合练是野战手术车快速展开,实施安全、快速救治的关键。

Objective To explore the method of rapidly expanding WCY 2002 -2/40 field battle operation vehicles by 7 persons. Methods The measures in- cluded developing the procedure of expanding and dismantling field battle operation vehicles,identifying division of labor,action sequence,operation skills,reasonable organization and repealed joint training. Results Under field conditions,132 cases of operations were completed without complications such as infection. Conclusion Ra- tional division of labor and repeated joint training are the key points to rapidly expand field battle operation vehicles to implement safe and quick treatment.
