刷牙冲洗法用于经口气管插管患者口腔护理的效果

Effectiveness evaluation of brushing and irrigation oral care method used in patients with oral tracheal intubation

目的观察刷牙冲洗法用于口腔护理的效果,为经口气管插管的患者提供更好的护理措施。方法将100例经口气管插管的患者分为两组,对照组采用传统口腔护理方法,实验组采用儿童软毛牙刷蘸牙膏刷牙,然后用生理盐水冲洗的方法进行口腔护理。结果患者口臭、真菌感染率及呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率均下降,细菌培养菌株数减少(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论采用刷牙冲洗法进行口腔护理,能减少口腔定植菌及口腔感染率,降低气管插管后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effects of brushing and in＇igation oral care method used in patients with oral tracheal intubation in order to provide better nursing measure to patients with oral tracheal intuhation. Methods A total of 100 eases of patients with oral tracheal intubation were recruited and divided into two groups. Traditional care method was used in the control group, whereas the new oral care method, brushing with children toothbrush and then rinsing with saline solution,was applied in the experimental group. Results The incidences of oral complications such as bad breath,fungal infections and the incidence of ventilator- associated pneumonia and the number of strains of bacterial culture were lower in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of brushing and irrigation oral care method can reduce the colonization of oral bacteria and oral infections,and the incideuce of comptieations after intubation.
