迁延性植物状态患者血清中多巴胺含量测定的意义

Changes and clincial significance of dopamine in serum of the patients with persistent vegetation state

目的 探讨迁延性植物状态患者血清中多巴胺的变化及其临床意义。方法 用高效液相色谱测定长期昏迷的病人血清中多巴胺含量，并与正常对照组对比。结果 迁延性植物状态患者的血清中多巴胺显著降低。结论 多巴胺的减少可能是形成迁延性植物状态的重要因素之一。

Objective To study the changes and clincial significance of dopamine(DA) in the serum of the patients with persistent vegetation state. Methods The levels of DA in serum were measured by high-performance -liquid-chromatography and electrical-chemical-detect in the patients with persistent vegetative state and compared with the controls. Results The levels of DA in serum of the patients with persistent vegetative state were obviously lower than that of control groups.Conclusions One of possible pathogenetic cause in the patients with persistent vegetative state is the decrease of DA.
