摘要
目的 观察不同辐射时间的较强毫米波对兔眼角膜上皮细胞的影响。方法 应用 3 6.0 4GHz(波长 8.3mm )毫米波辐射兔眼 ,功率密度 64mW /cm2 ,辐射时间 1h组、3h组、6h组 ,辐射 1h× 6d组 ;照后即刻、1d、7d和 14d ,用光镜和透射电镜观察角膜上皮细胞的动态变化。结果 6h组上皮细胞损伤明显 ,呈不可逆性 ;3h组损伤较明显 ,呈可逆性。
Objective To observe the effects of millimeter wave irradiation of different time length on cornea epithelial cells of rabbits.Methods Rabbits were divided into four groups and their eyes were irradiated with 36.04 GHz(λ= 8.3 mm) millimeter wave, environmental power density 64 mW/cm 2 for 1 h,3 h, 6 h and 1 h×6 d. Immediate later and 1, 7 and 14 days, the changes of cornea epithelial cells were observed with light microscope and electron microscope.Results Obvious irreversible damage of cornea epithelial cells was found in the 6 h group, while reversible change found in the 3 h group.Conclusion Millimeter wave irradiation of different time could bring out irrversible and reversible damages of cornea epithelial cells.
