摘要
目的 探讨肥厚性瘢痕的发生与成纤维细胞凋亡的关系。方法 应用光镜、电镜、原位末端标记技术和免疫组化染色对 61例肥厚性瘢痕、2 0例非肥厚性瘢痕进行形态观察、细胞凋亡和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达的研究。结果 肥厚性瘢痕成熟期成纤维细胞凋亡指数显著高于增厚期和消退期 ( P <0 .0 1) ,与非肥厚性瘢痕早期相差不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;肥厚性瘢痕增厚期和成熟期成纤维细胞平均密度与细胞凋亡指数呈负相关 ;肥厚性瘢痕增厚期与非肥厚性瘢痕早期的PCNA阳性表达率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 肥厚性瘢痕中成纤维细胞数的增多可能与细胞凋亡太少有关 ,细胞凋亡可能参与了肥厚性瘢痕的形成。
Objective To explore the relationship between occurrence of hypertrophic scar and its fibroblastic apoptosis. Methods The morphology, apoptotic index and expression of PCNA were detected by light and electronic microscopy, TUNEL technique and immunohistochemistry in 61 cases of hypertrophic scars(HS), 20 cases of non-hypertrophic scars(NHS). Results The apoptotic index of mature stage in HS was significantly higher than that of proliferative stage or regressive stage in HS(P< 0.01 ), but it showed no significant difference with apoptotic index of NHS(P> 0.05 ).There was a negative correlation between the average density of fibroblast and its apoptotic index in mature stage and proliferative stage of HS. The positive rates of PCNA in proliferative stage of HS were no significant difference to that in early stage of NHS(P> 0.05 ). Conclusion The increase of fibroblast in hypertrophic scars might be related to the reduction of its apoptosis. The fibroblastic apoptosis may play some important role in the formation of the hypertrophic scar.
