长波紫外线照射对培养的正常人黑素细胞增殖及黑素合成的影响 被引量:9

Effects of UVA Radiation on Proliferation and Melanogenesis of Normal Human Melanocytes in Vitro

摘要 目的了解UVA对黑素细胞增殖及黑素合成的影响。方法采用体外细胞培养技术、MTT法及NaOH法研究不同剂量UVA照射对黑素细胞增殖和黑素合成的作用。结果随着照射时间的增加,黑素细胞的增殖率增加,黑素合成量也增加。结论照射剂量在3.6J/cm2以内时,黑素细胞增殖率逐步上升,以后趋向稳定。在测定的照射剂量内,黑素合成量与照射剂量呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the effects of UVA on proliferation and melanogenesis of normal human melanocytes. Methods Normal human melanocytes were cultured from foreskins of healthy men.MTT spectrophotometry and NaOH assay were applied to determine the proiferation of melanocytes and the syn-thesis of melanin. Results & Conclusion It was found that UVA could induce the proliferation and melano-genesis of melanocytes in a dose-dependent manner. However, the effect of UVA radiation on the induction of melanocyte proliferation was limited.[
