摘要
目的:为了有效落实国家九项公共卫生服务项目工作,提高预防接种质量,确保接种安全,实现免疫接种管理制度化、操作程序化、资料档案化、建设标准化。方法:回顾性分析自2006年来我所预防接种门诊实行规范化管理所取得的成绩。结果:我预防接种门诊管理制度和操作技术更加规范,减少了纠纷,改善了工作流程,提高了服务质量。结论:规范化预防接种门诊建设是有效的,有利于提高服务质量。
Objective：To improve the quality of vaccination,to ensure the safety of vaccination,immunization management to achieve institutionalization of procedures,data files,construction standardization.Method：Retrospective analysis our vaccination clinics to implement standardized management achievements from 2006.Results：It is more standardized,reducing disputes,improve workflow,improve service quality in our vaccination clinic management system and operation of technology.Conclusions：Standardized vaccination clinic construction is effective,helping improve the quality of service.
