综合保温对降低老年患者手术部位感染率的效果观察

目的:观察不同保温措施对预防老年手术患者手术部位感染的效果。方法:选择2010年1月-2010年12月普通外科老年手术患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,观察组在围术期实施综合保温措施,对照组术中常规保温护理,同时观察两组病人低体温及手术部位感染发生率。结果:观察组低体温及手术部位感染率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围术期对老年患者给予综合保温,可预防低体温的发生,降低手术部位感染发生率。

Objective：To obse the effects of different insulation measures in elderly patients＇s undergoing surgical site infection.Methods：To choose the 120 elderly patients who was undergoing general surgery from January 2010 to December 2010,and randomly divide into observation group （60 cases ）and control group （60 cases）.The observation group was implemented with integrated insulation measures in the perioperative period when the control group was implemented with conventional insulation measures,and then obse the the incidence of low body temperature and surgical site infections of the two groups.Results：The incidences of low body temperature and surgical site infections of the control group＇s are significantly lower than the observation groups（P0.05）.Conclustions：It can prevent the occurrence of low temperature and reduce the incidence of surgical site infections for the elderly patients who were implemented with integrated insulation measures in the perioperative period.
