外用重组人表皮生长因子用于LEEP刀宫颈治疗后的临床疗效观察

摘要 目的:研究外用重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF金因肽)用于宫颈柱状上皮中、重度异位LEEP刀治疗术后创面愈合的疗效观察。方法:将220例宫颈柱状上皮中、重度异位患者随机分为对照组和研究组,两组在年龄、性别和症状方面经统计学分析,差异无显著意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。对照组单纯使用LEEP刀物理治疗,不加辅助处理;研究组治疗后创面喷涂外用重组人表皮生长因子(金因肽),每周复查时均使用,直到创面愈合。观察两组的创面愈合时间。结果:研究组的创面愈合时间均比对照组短(P<0.05),差异有显著性,有统计学意义。结论:重组人表皮生长因子(金因肽)对修复有明显的促进作用,LEEP刀物理治疗后创面喷涂外用重组人表皮生长因子(金因肽),可使创面愈合时间缩短。 Objective:To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) using in cervical columnar ectopy.Method:Random grouping 220 patient of cervical columnar ectopy;into control group and study group which analyzed by statistical method that it didn’t have statistical significance with two groups in age,sex and symptom(p0.05),therefore they were comparable.Control group were physical treated by LEEP only;study group were coated recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) on the wound after treated.Every weekly callback until the wound were healed up.Observe the time of wound healing.Result:In study group,the time of wound healing were shorter than control group,The results showed that there were significant difference (P0.05).Conciusion:It had obviously accelerate effect for recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF),in wound coated by recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)after physical treated,it could abbreviated the time of wound healing.
