摘要
目的:了解我院皮肤科门诊抗过敏药的使用情况及发展趋势,并进行临床利用评价,为临床合理、有效、经济地选用提供科学依据。方法:采用金额排序法和频度分析法,对我院皮肤科门诊2008～2010年的抗过敏药使用情况进行统计分析。结果:抗过敏药的用药频度逐年上升,复方甘草酸铵类、曲尼司特用药频率和用药金额保持领先。结论:更加安全、高效的第二、三代抗组胺药仍是抗过敏治疗的主导药物,联合复方甘草酸铵类、曲尼司特治疗过敏性疾病疗效好、安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the using condition,development trends and to evaluate the clinical using of antiallergic drugs in dermatology outpatient of our hospital,in order to provide the scientific basis for reasonable,effective and economical clinical selection of antiallergic drugs.Methods:The using situation of antiallergic drugs between 2008~2010 in dermatology outpatient of our hospital was analyzed statistically by ranking consumption sum and DDDs.Results:The DDDs of the antiallergic drugs increased year by year,And the DDDs and consumption sum of compound ammonium glycyrrhizinate type and tranilast always kept in the lead.Conclusion:More safe and effective second and third generation antihistamines still is the leading medicine in the process of anti-allergiccure,combined with compound ammonium glycyrrhizinate type or tranilast is an effective and safe method.
