胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的研讨 被引量:2

摘要 在全身的负重关节中,胫骨平台骨折发病率较高,关节的功能恢复要求很高。手术治疗胫骨平台骨折,术者应做到手术适应症明确,手术入路选择合理,术中骨折解剖复位塌陷部位复位后植骨及选用正确的内固定技术。使用松质骨螺钉配以支撑钢板内固定,必要时行内外髁固定;术后为促进骨折愈合,加快功能恢复及减少创伤性关节炎的发生,可早期进行CPM膝关节功能锻炼。
