PTTG和bFGF在胆管癌中表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨垂体肿瘤转化基因(Pituitary Tumor Transforming Gene,PTTG)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic Fibroblast Growth Factor,bFGF)在胆管癌中的表达及相互关系,研究它们的表达与肿瘤临床病理指标联系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法,检测65例胆管癌及20例正常肝外胆管组织中PTTG和bFGF的表达水平,并进行相关统计学分析。结果:在胆管癌中PTTG和bFGF阳性表达率分别为81.54%、73.85%,其阳性率及表达等级均明显高于正常胆管组织中的表达情况(P<0.01)。胆管癌组织PTTG和bFGF表达阳性率均与病理类型、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关;PTTG表达与bFGF表达成等级正相关(r=0.317,P<0.05)。结论:PTTG或bFGF与胆管癌生物学行为密切关系,PTTG表达与bFGF表达成明显等级正相关。二者的联合检测,有助于胆管癌恶性程度和预后的判断,以进一步指导临床诊疗。
