抑制气管插管时心血管反应的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对给予患者不同剂量的瑞芬太尼、舒芬太尼、芬太尼联合一样剂量的依托咪酯、咪唑安定诱导气管内插管之后的血流动力学变化进行观察。方法:笔者所在医院的120例进行下腹部手术的患者随机分为芬太尼组、舒芬太尼组、瑞芬太尼组。依次经脉注射咪唑安定(0.1mg/kg)、维库溴铵(0.5mg/kg)、依托咪酯(0.35mg/kg),观察监测各时间点的收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)。结果:气管插管前后收缩压比较,瑞芬太尼组血压下降显著(p<0.05),气管插管前后心率(HR)比较,瑞芬太尼组的心率显著减慢(p<0.05)。结论:三组药物的效果都可以抑制患者的心血管反应出现,但这三组中瑞芬太尼的疗效更好。
