^(18)F-FDGPET/CT的特点及其在肿瘤临床中的应用
摘要
PET/CT实现了PET与CT的同机图像融合,一次扫描即可获得组织功能与解剖两方面的信息,因此在肿瘤的诊断与分期、疗效监测、指导活检和介入治疗以及改进放疗计划等方面具有重要的应用价值。但PET/CT在应用中仍然存在着一些亟待解决的问题,如检查费用昂贵、呼吸伪影、造影剂所致伪影等。
