内镜甲状腺手术中喉返神经监护 被引量：3

摘要 喉返神经（recurrent laryngeal nerve,RLN）损伤是甲状腺手术的一种严重并发症,RLN麻痹发生率为2%～17%[1]。20世纪末内镜甲状腺手术应运而生,该手术方法切实可行、切口隐蔽、美容效果好。
