摘要
沈阳市府恒隆广场钢结构工程中钢柱最大截面为十字形2 200mm×1 200mm×90mm×90mm,材质Q345GJC,最大分节重为单体60t,要求全熔透焊接,一级焊缝。钢柱要求施工技术含量高,焊接量大,易变形。通过进行二次深化设计,制定合理的制作工艺,再通过严格的质量控制,采取化整为零的制作方法,成功地完成了钢柱制作。
The maximum section of cross-shape steel column in Shenyang Hengrong Square is 2 200mm×1 200mm×90mm×90mm,and the material is Q345GJC steel,the maximum segment＇s weight is about 60 tons.The steel column is welded in full penetration and welding grade I.It is high for the steel column＇s construction quality.By the second detailed deep design,rational prefabrication technique and severe quality control measures,the steel column is prefabricated successfully with the prefabrication method of dividing whole into parts.
