摘要 目的:探讨Toll样受体9(Toll-like receptor 9,TLR9)在乳腺癌细胞中的表达对其侵袭能力的影响。方法:应用West-ern blot检测乳腺癌细胞系TLR9的表达状况,以CpG寡核苷酸刺激不同乳腺癌细胞株后,检测TLR9表达的变化、体外侵袭能力的变化以及细胞活性的影响。结果:人乳腺癌细胞株MDA-MB-231表达TLR9而MCF-7不表达。CpG寡核苷酸处理后MDA-MB-231的TLR9表达增高,且侵袭能力进一步增强;MCF-7的该受体表达情况和侵袭能力均无明显变化。侵袭能力的增加不是源自于细胞活性的增强。结论:TLR9在高侵袭的乳腺癌细胞系中表达,其表达的增加可以促进乳腺癌细胞的侵袭能力。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between Toll-like receptor 9(TLR9)expression of breast cancer cells and their invasion.Methods:After using CpG oligonucleotides to stimulate breast cancer cells,the expression level of TLR9,the viability and invasion of breast cancer cells were examined by Western blot,Transwell and MTT.Results:TLR9 was expressed in MDA-MB-231 and could be promoted by CpG oligonucleotides,but was not in MCF-7.The invasion was enhanced while TLR9 up-regulated.Conclusion:TLR9 plays an important role in the invasion process of breast cancer.
