酷似肝脏肿瘤的成人朗格罕斯细胞组织细胞增生症1例报告并文献复习
摘要
朗格罕斯细胞组织细胞增生症（Langerhanscellhistiocytosis．LCH）是一组少见的原因未明的组织细胞增生性疾病．表现为病理性朗格罕斯细胞在不同组织的积聚．常见的器官为骨骼、肺、皮肤等。南京医科大学第一附属医院近期收治成人肝占位朗格罕斯细胞组织细胞增生症伴尿崩症1例，现结合文献复习报告如下。
