颈椎间盘突出症的MRI表现分析

Analysis of manifestation of MRI on cervical disc herniation

目的： 探讨颈椎间盘突出症的ＭＲＩ表现及诊断价值。材料与方法： 分析经手术病理证实的４９ 例颈椎间盘突出症的矢状面及横轴面ＭＲＩ表现。结果： 本组颈椎间盘突出９３ 个， 脱出１６ 个， 膨出３０ 个。矢状位显示硬膜囊及颈髓前缘受压、椎管狭窄的程度； 横轴位显示突出或脱出髓核部分及位置、硬膜囊和神经根受压、黄韧带肥厚及椎管、椎间孔狭窄的情况。结论： ＭＲＩ检查为颈椎间突出症的诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗方案的选择提供了可靠依据。

Objective:To study the manifestation of MRI of cervical disc herniation and to evaluate the value of MRI on it's diagnosis.Materials and Methods:It was analysed the sagittal and transverse images of MRI. 49 patients of cervical disc herniation who had been verfied by operation. Results:All of these patients,there were 93 herniated,16 extruded and 30 bulged cervical intervertebral disc total. The sagittal plane of MRI can demonstrate the pressed extend of dural sac and the anterion spinal cord,and the extend of spinal stenosis.The tranverse plane can indicate the location of protruded or herniated disc which press the dural sac and nerve roots and it can show if the yellow ligament is thicken or if the spinal canal and intervertebral foramen is narrow. Conclusions:MRI can provide reliable accordance on the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and the selection of treatment on cervical disc herniation.
