摘要
目的： 作者分析４７３ 例腰椎假性滑脱的病例， 旨在了解其发病年龄与性别的关系。方法： 收集因腰腿痛患者的Ｘ线检查共５４２４ 例。结果： 发现腰椎假性滑脱４７３ 例， 其中男１０７ 例、女３６６ 例， ５１～７０ 岁３３０ 例。结论： 在４０ 岁以上人群中， 腰椎假性滑脱的发病率随年龄的增长而增加， 女性发生率明显高于男性， 而高龄患者腰椎假性滑脱发生率的性别差异有所缩小， 不随年龄的增长而扩大。
Objective:In order to study a correlation of age and sex,473 cases of pseudospondylolisthesis were analysed.Methods:We reviewed and analysed the radiography of 5424 cases suffering from lumbocrural pain,of which in 473 cases of pseudospondylolisthesis.Results:In 473 cases of pseudospondylolisthesis of which 107 males and 366 females,330 cases of ranging from 51 to 70 years.Conclusion:The incidence of pseudospondylolisthesis was higher in females than that in males.Among individual above 40 years of age,the incidence of pseudospondylolistheseis went wp gradually.There is no significant sex gender differences in patients with advanced ages.
