摘要
采用实验的方法,研究在中等锻炼强度、相同锻炼时间下不同舞种的拉丁舞对大学生抑郁心理的影响。研究结果表明:拉丁舞锻炼能有效改善大学生抑郁心理,桑巴舞和恰恰恰舞锻炼对改善大学生抑郁心理效果显著,伦巴舞锻炼对干预大学生抑郁心理未达到显著效果。同时,研究结果显示,伦巴舞锻炼和桑巴、恰恰恰舞锻炼的干预效果存在显著性差异。
We use the method of experiments to research that different kinds of Latin dances have different effects on university students' depression under the medium exercise intensity and the same exercise time.The findings indicate that exercise of the Latin dance can help solve the university students' problem of depression effectively,especially the samba and cha-cha.However,exercise of the rumba doesn't have an effective effect on intervening the university students' depression than expected.At the same time,the findings show that there are remarkable differences of intervened the university students' depression among rumba,samba and cha-cha.
