清代京官考核包括考满、京察两种形式。考核制度中,在考核形式、京察一等名额及八法处分等方面存在满汉官的差异。这些差异体现出满官的优越性,这是由清朝以满族为统治核心所决定的。

The assessment syestem of the central officials included two forms,Kaoman and Jingcha in the Qing dynasty.There were differences between Man and Han offcials in the assessment forms,the numbers of the first-class and the Bafa punishiments.These differences reflected superiority to Man officials.It was decided by Manchu was the rule core of the Qing dynasty.
