Employment Anxiety of University Graduates and Coping Strategies

随着高校的扩招,毕业生就业制度的改革,日益严峻的就业形势,使得许多大学生对自己的就业预期感到茫然甚至悲观,"就业焦虑"也随之产生。本文从什么是就业焦虑、产生原因及其应对策略三个方面做了阐述。

With the increasing of the college enrollment, the reform of the graduate employment system, and increasingly severe employment situation, so many college students feel uncertain about their job expectations or even pessimistic. ＂Employment anxiety＂ also will be produced. This paper will describe the following three aspects in detail： what is the employment of anxiety, their causes and coping strategies.
