高职教育的发展决定青年英语教师不能再采用传统的教学模式,而应该进行反思性教学,更新教学观念,找到适合于高职英语教学的教学方法,促进自身的专业成长。

The development of vocational education requires that young English teachers can no longer use the traditional teaching mode; they should be reflective in teaching, update teaching concepts, find English language teaching approaches which are suitable to vocational teaching, and promote their own professional growth.
