法律作为社会治理的手段开始跨越国家界限,国内法治走向国际法治,甚至有法律大同主义的趋势,"法律全球化"于是成为热议的话题,出现形形色色的"法律全球化"的论说样式。本文试图在解读他人的观念基础上,对"法律全球化"进行思考和探索。

With the gradual expansion and development of human activity scopes and Organization forms, human organize their own communities not only by forming government but also by creating non - government organizations, which is based on the concept of community proposed by many thinkers. Since people living in the same background need uniform rules. Rule of law, as a means of social governance, is starting to cross from one country to another, from the domestic nile of law to the international rule of law and even the trend of legal cosmopolitanism so that legal globalization becomes a hot topic and different theories about legal globalization appear. This paper tries to construe different views and further to reflect and explore the legal globalization.
