本文就影响3G及LTE发展的两个重要因素,上网速率感知与业务模式进行详细的分析,找出影响移动公司上网速率的主要原因,包括无线接入、传送网和IDC接入3种因素,并针对性的指出了改进措施;同时回顾了移动公司的业务模式发展历程,详细分析了分别有终端厂商、业务内容商和运营商主导的,面向无线宽带发展的几种业务模式。指出面向无线宽带发展应主动根据业务发展需求构建不同的业务模式。

Access speed and business model are two of the important factors which affect the development of 3G and LTE in future.The article has analyzed 3 aspects which affect the access speed including wireless access bandwidth,transport network and IDC access and also has given relevant proposals.As for business model,the article has reviewed the process of the business model of China Mobile and analyzed carefully the different business models in wireless broadband era.The article also proposed the China Mobile should build different business model accordingly in wireless broadband era.
