重型颅脑损伤后凝血功能变化的研究

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者凝血功能检测的诊断意义和预后价值。方法选择轻型颅脑损伤患者43例(轻型组),中型颅脑损伤患者42例(中型组)以及重型颅脑损伤患者35例(重型组),检测各组凝血功能指标。结果 (1)重型组和中型组PT、APTT、FDP、DD和BPC各指标与对照组相比,有显著或非常显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);重型组与中型组相比,也有显著或非常显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)重型组中,GOS1～2分患者PT、APTT、FDP、DD和BPC各指标与GOS3～5分患者相比,有显著或非常显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论凝血功能相关指标的检测,可作为判断病情和预后的重要参考指标,值得临床进一步研究。

Objective To explore the diagnostic meaning and prognosis evaluation of function changes of blood coagulation detection on craniocerebral injury of serious type.Methods The function indexes of blood coagulation on light type group（43 cases）,medium type group（42 cases） and serious type group（35 cases） were detected.Results（1） Compared with light type group,PT,APTT,FDP,DD and BPC in serious type group and medium type group had significant difference（P0.05 or P0.01）,and the comparation between serious type group and medium type group showed significant difference,too（P0.05 or P0.01）.（2） In serious type group,the indexes above-mentioned had significant difference between patients with GOS（1~2） and patients with GOS（3~5）.Conclusion The detection of function of blood coagulation,can be as important reference indexes of judge and prognosis,so it deserved be studied further in clinical work.
