脊髓损伤患者肠道康复护理效果观察

目的探讨脊髓损伤患者肠道康复护理效果。方法 43例脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,根据具体情况,给予针对性的肠道康复护理。结果经过护理,Barthel评分(4～6)分(x2=17.560,P<0.01)和(7～10)分(x2=11.718,P<0.01)患者均有显著性增加。结论在康复期间对脊髓损伤患者给予针对性肠道康复护理,对恢复肠道功能是非常有意义的。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of enteric recovery nursing used for patients with spinal cord injury.Methods 43 cases of patients with spinal cord injury as studied object were given targeted enteric recovery nursing according to concrete states.Results After nursing,Barthel scores showed：the score of（4~6）（x2=17.560,P0.01） and（7~10）（x2=11.718,P0.01）turned significantly better.Conclusion Targeted enteric recovery nursing used for patients with spinal cord injury at recovery stage,is meaningful for recovering enteric function.
