儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况调查与分析

目的了解儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况。方法对医院2008年10月至2011年3月1226例儿科患者抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果 1226例患儿中有1194例使用抗菌药物,使用率为97.4%,单用89.4%,二联10.3%,三联0.3%,病原学送检率17.8%,医院感染率0.6%。结论儿科患者抗菌药物使用存在较多不合理现象,需加强管理。

Objective To explore the condition of using ntibiotic in department of pediatrics.Methods 1226 medical records of department of pediatrics from oct 2008 to mar 2011,were selected to conduct a retrospective investigation.Results Of 1226 chidren cases,1194 cases were treated with antibiotics,the ratio of utilizing antibiotics is 97.4%.the rate of singe use,tow union,three union of antibiotics was 89.4%,10.3% and 0.3%.inspection rate of bacteria was 17.8% and the incidence rate of nosocomial infection was 0.6%.Conclusion The supervision of using antibiotics in department of pediatrics should be enhanced,because there is high utilizing rate and many unreasonable phenomenon.
