摘要
研究大鼠下丘脑前部室周区内加压素样神经元与神经肽Y样传入纤维的关系 .[方法 ]应用包埋前免疫电子显微镜过氧化物酶 抗过氧化物酶双标技术 .[结果 ]光学显微镜下可见下丘脑室周区内加压素样神经元和神经肽Y样纤维末梢 ,电子显微镜下可见神经肽Y的二氨基丁酸免疫反应产物呈颗粒状或絮状 ,位于小清亮囊泡周围和线粒体膜上 ,显示加压素的四甲基联苯胺免疫反应产物呈针状或块状 ,位于细胞质内 .[结论 ]神经肽Y样纤维末梢与加压素样神经元的胞体形成轴 体突触 ,调节下丘脑前部室周内的加压素样神经元的活动 .
OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between neuropeptide Y (NPY) like afferent fibers and vasopressin (VP) like neuron in the periventricular area of the anterior hypothalamus in rats.METHODS Double labeling preembedding immunoelectron microscopic PAP technique was used.RESULTS The black VP like cell bodies perikarya surrounded by several brown beads of NPY Like fibers were observed in the periventricular area of the anterior hypothalamus under light microscope. Under electron microscope it was observed that the VP immunoreactive products as highly electron dense needle like or massive feature distributed discursively in the perikarya. Whereas the NPY immunoreactive products appeared as highly electron dense granular or flocculent materials deposited widely in the matrix of axoplasm and around the small clear vesicles. CONCLUSION NPY positive axonal terminal established axo body synapses with VP positive cell body, and it therefore regulates the activity of VP positive neuron in the periventricular area of the anterior hypothalamus.
