复方西洋参口服液质量标准的控制

Quality standard of oral liquid of compound Panax quinquefolium

[目的 ]寻找西洋参口服液中主要成分的鉴别方法和含量测定方法 .[方法 ]用薄层色谱法鉴别 ,用大孔吸附树脂直接比色法测含量 .[结果 ]薄层色谱鉴别西洋参、枸杞子和麦冬有专属性 ;大孔吸附树脂直接比色法测总皂甙平均回收率为 96 35% ,相对标准偏差为 2 94 % (N =5) .[结论 ]以上方法可作为复方西洋参口服液质量控制的指标 .

OBJECTIVE To search some methods of identifying main constituent and determining contents in the oral liquid of compound Panax quinquefolium. METHODS The Panax quinquefolium, Radix Ophiopogonis and Fructus Lycii were identified by thin layer chromatography and total saponin was determined by microporous resin colorimetric method. RESULTS The thin layer chromatograph method was specific for identifying the Panax quinquefolium, Radix Ophiopogonis and Fructus Lycii. Using miacroporous resin colorimetric method, the average recovery of total saponin was 96 35% and the coefficient of variation was 2 94%(n=5). CONCLUSION The methods mentioned above can be used as a reliable method for the quality control for the oral liquid of compound Panax quinquefolium .
