Research on Development and Utilization of Water Resources in Inner Mongolia

人口的增长、经济的发展、社会的前进都与水资源息息相关,水资源量能否满足它们的需要往往牵扯到区域可持续发展与水资源承载力之间的关系。本研究以水资源负载指数模型为工具,以人口发展为权衡因子,以不同情景人均需水量为变化因子来评价2000-2008年内蒙古自治区水资源开发利用潜力和超载情况。研究结果表明,东部盟市水资源量相对丰富,水资源承载力较大,中西部盟市水资源量超载严重,各盟市间水资源承载能力不均衡且空间变异性大。

Population growth,economic development and social progress are closely related to water resources.It is very important to affect the relationship between regional sustainable development and carrying capacity of water resources.This study evaluate exploitable potentiality and carrying capacity of water resources in Inner Mongolia in 2000-2008 by using the model of load factors of water resources,taking population development as weigh factor,to water requirement per in different situation as change factor.The results show that water resources quantity is richer relatively and carrying capacity of water resources is larger in east area of Inner Mongolia.However overload of water resources quantity is serious in central and western area of Inner Mongolia.Carrying capacity of water resources is unbalanced among areas and spatial variation is large.Results can offer the decision basis and reference in harmonious development of water and people of Inner Mongolia.
