摘要
目的 :比较老年与青年人的股骨头骨质密度、酶和细胞因子 ,进而探讨老年骨丢失的发生机理。方法 :取新鲜性老年股骨颈骨折的股骨头和正常青年股骨头 ,进行骨矿含量、碱性磷酸酶、白细胞介素 -6、肿瘤坏死因子和组织形态计量检测。结果 :老年组股骨头骨矿含量明显低于青年组 (P <0 0 1) ,老年组肿瘤坏死因子含量显著高于青年组 (P <0 0 1)。肿瘤坏死因子与骨矿含量呈显著的负相关 (r =-0 743 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :骨质疏松的发生与骨骼局部肿瘤坏死因子的升高有关。
Objective:To compare the bone density,enzyme and cytokines of femoral heads in aged and young adults,furthermore to explore the pathogenesis of bone loss in the elderly.Methods:Cancellous bone samples of femoral head from 12 aged patients with fresh femoral neck fracture and 6 normal young adults were obtained.Bone density of the samples was assessed by bone mineral content and bone histomorphometry.Alkaline phosphatase(ALP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the homogenates of the samples were measured.Results:The bone density in aged group is significantly lower than that in young group( P <0 01).ALP and IL-6 in aged group have a tendency to raise,however,there are no statistical difference between the elder and young groups.In contrast,TNF-α in elder group is significantly higher than that in young group( P <0 01).There is a remarkable negative correlation between the bone mineral content and TNF-α( r=-0 743,P <0 01).Conclusion:There are notable bone loss and increased bone turnover in the elder patients with femoral neck fracture.TNF-α play a critical role for in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.
