摘要
比较国产聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(FH)与进口聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(IT)的细胞毒性。用MTT法检测L929 细胞在不同浓度的两种聚丙烯酰胺中的相对增殖率(RGR,%),按通用标准评价材料的细胞毒性。L929 细胞在12.5 % 的IT中2、4、6 天时的RGR分别为96 .6 、91.2 和90.9 ,在25% 的IT中为93.1、83 .1 和89.3,在50 % 的IT中为89.7、85.0 和90.9;而在12 .5 % 的FH中2、4、6 天时的RGR分别在98.3、84.4 和91.3 ,在25 % 的FH中为94.8、86.9 和89.3 ,在50 %的FH中为89.7 、87 .5 和96 .4;以上各组材料毒性级别均为“1”。FH 和IT都属于无细胞毒性的材料。
To compare the cytotoxicity of imported polyacrylamide hydrogel(IT) with that of home made(FH). The relative growth ratio (RGR, %) of L929 cells in IT or FH at different concentrations were tested with MTT assay, the cytotoxicity of the materials were evaluated by commonly used criteria. The RGR of L929 cells in 12.5% IT at day 2, 4 and 6 were 96.6, 91.2 and 90.9, in 25% IT were 93.1, 83.1 and 89.3, in 50% IT were 89.7, 85.0 and 90.9, respectively, that in 12.5% FH at day 2, 4 and 6 were 98.3, 84.4 and 91.3, in 25% FH were 94.8, 86.9 and 89.3, in 50% FH were 89.7, 87.5 and 96.4, respectively. The cytotoxicity of all the samples was graded “1” by the criteria. FH and IT were noncytotoxic materials.
