摘要
从准双曲面齿轮的基础理论出发,阐述了其特殊性、优越性和复杂性。介绍了准双曲面齿轮齿形的切削加工和少无切削加工。其中对正处于研制阶段的少无切削加工——精锻技术做了较为详细的阐述,包括其国内外状况、几个重点研究的方面及发展趋势。在总结两种方法的基础上对未来准双曲面齿轮加工制造的前景进行了展望。
From the theory of hypoid gears,the particularity,superiority and complexity of hypoid gears were described.Both machining by cutting and chipless forming for tooth form of hypoid gears were introduced.Especially the chipless forming-precision forging which is still in researching was expatiated,including the situation both at home and abroad,several key aspects and the development trends.Based on summarizing the two methods,the future development on hypoid gears processing and machining was prospected.
