摘要
利用MSC.MARC软件对差厚拼焊板辊弯成形过程进行了数值模拟分析,探讨了薄厚两侧等效应力不均匀性的产生原因并给出了其分布规律,对比分析了同种材料薄厚两侧应力的差异。通过对薄厚两侧的回弹角的对比分析表明:当板厚比为0.67时,材料强度比为1.4时可以得到较好的成形结果;当强度比为1时,材料板厚比小于2时可以得到较好的成形结果。
The finite element software MSC.MARC was used to simulate tailor-welded blanks of different thickness ratios by roll forming.The reason of non-uniform equivalent stress along cross section was analyzed and the distribution characteristics was given.When two side thickness ratio is 0.67,the result of the present study suggests that the best strength ratio is 1.4;when the strength ratio is 1,the study result suggests that the forming result would be good when the thickness ratio is lower than 2.
