高强度钢板V形弯曲板厚方向压缩对回弹的影响 被引量:7

Effect of thickness direction compression on springback of high strength V-shape sheet

摘要 定量评价了V形弯曲凸模在到达下死点后在板厚方向的压缩作用对减小回弹的影响。利用弹塑性有限元法对高强度钢板V形件的弯曲成形和回弹过程进行模拟,并通过实验进行验证。模拟结果显示:回弹随平均压强与抗拉强度比值的增大而减小;凸模圆角半径对回弹的影响不大;有限元网格划分影响回弹的模拟结果,细分网格并在与凸模接触的部分增加单元数量可改善回弹模拟精度;2D平面应变单元细分网格的模拟结果与实验结果一致。 The effect of the compression between the punch and the die on springback after the punch reaching the dead point was evaluated.Utilizing the elastic-plastic FEM,the forming and springback process of high-strength V-shape sheet was simulated.The investigation was also carried out through experiment.The result shows that springback decreases as the ratio of the average pressure and tensile strength increase.The radius of the punch and the die has little influence on the springback.Fine meshing can improve the precision of springback simulation.The results of 2D plain strain element with fine meshes are in good agreement with the experiment results.
