摘要
采用机械搅拌法制备A356合金半固态浆料,在200 t油压机上进行流变模锻成形,研究了流变模锻试样热处理前后的组织和力学性能。结果表明:流变模锻试样组织由球形-αAl晶粒和α+Si共晶组织组成;热处理前试样抗拉强度为261.7 MPa,伸长率为4.1%;经T6热处理后,试样抗拉强度为347.8 MPa,提高了32.9%,伸长率为3.2%,仍然大于3%。由于流变模锻试样为球状的非枝晶组织,组织致密且均匀,因此,试样具有很好的热处理强化效果和较高的综合力学性能。
The semisolid A356 alloy slurry was prepared by mechanical stirring method and rheoforged in 200 t oil press.The microstructures and mechanical properties of rheoforged A356 alloy samples without and with T6 treatment were investigated.Results show that the rheoforged A356 alloy samples with fine spherical grains can be obtained and its tensile strength and elongation are 261.7 MPa and 4.1%.The rheoforged A356 alloy samples have a good ageing strengthening and comprehensive mechanical properties.The tensile strength and elongation of samples with T6 treatment are 347.8 MPa and 3.2%,which is contributed to the compacted microstructure with fine spherical grains of samples.
